Whenever I try to load the Corporate Directory or the IP Services menu on my 7920 I get the "Request Fail" message.
Have tried changing the setting on call manager, but doesn't appear to allow ip services or coporate directory. Using Call Manager 4.1.3 (not SR1).
Any ideas?

I am assuming you are using 7920 load 2.0. If that is the case, upgrade the CallManager version to 4.1(3)SR1. This version of CCM has support for the features you requested on the 7920 phone.
The CallManager might also be running into bug CSCdz47567. This is fixed in 04.1(03)ES14. Try applying ES14.

I have some problem, but Using CallManager 4.1.2sr1 and firmware cmterm_7920.4.0-02-00.
is it possible?

Hello Otacillo,
Your phone is also very likely running into the same bug CSCdz47567. For version 4.1(2), apply ES40.
