7940/60 Multicast RTP

Hi,

I am developing an XML app that requires the IP Phones to use multicast, when the soft button is pressed is pressed to start the RTPMTx or RTPRx nothing happens. i am using CCM 3.3.3 i have tried various phone loads with no luck, the unicast Tx and Rx work fine. i have attached the jsp file, has any one else has had similar problems ?

Have you tried the sample apps that come with the IP Phone SDK, such as hootie (ASP) or mconference (JSP)?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, i have been doing some investigations, and what the docs do not tell is that the mcast address can not begin with 224 . so all appears working now, thanks all the same.
