Hi,
Today I find that calls coming into the AC Pilot number which is configured for Broadcast queueing remain in the queue indefinately.. Despite the attendant console app being logged in as normal, I do not see the calls in the broadcast queue window either.. So calls in the queue are basically trapped... I'm running ccm 4.1.3. I'm thinking a reboot is in order ? Any ideas ?

A reboot fixed it. Probably time to get the latest CCM and OS updates..
