I have CCM 4.0.1 and AD 2003. I integrated CCM with AD03 and everything was fine. I created the Cisco OU before doing anything and it created all of its appropriate OU's and added all the attributes. I created teh dcdadmin and made it Domain Admin and Schema Master.
I could see all the users from AD in CCM because I pointed it the search base at the forest root.
I wanted to turn on MLA os I selected tru but it could not do it because it could not do anything inside of AD until I made the change to the .INI file from false to true.
It created the MultilevelAdmin OU and the Groups in the domain under that OU.
Once I restarted the IIS Service I cannot access the CCMAdmin Page even with CCMAdministrator. I created myself a user account and added it under the SuperUser Group under MLA. NO GO.
What do I need to do to get back into the Admin page??? If like anything else I put myself in a group that has rights to an object I should have rights to access it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Brian
