cisco 2600 accepting keyboard input

Hello, my router boots as shown below but after that it can not accept any keyboard in put.

Help its urgent

Well, you should have the right terminal emulation setup.

The normal way is to use Hyperterminal with the baud rate of 9600 and everything else normal. You also need a correct "rolled" cable.

If you have both of those and they work on another router to test, it should work.

the help its great. I have the right terminal emulation setup and a correct rolled cable which work ont the other router. but still the router hangs, whant cab the problem.

Well, I would try to interupt the boot sequence. If you can interupt and type in chars, I would think your problem occurs after the new software kicks in and that means you have either a corrupt or incompatible IOS. If you can't interrupt the boot sequence, its your cable, hyperterminal setup or emulation that is wrong.
