adding observer to Conference Bridge with JTAPI?

Is there a way to place Terminalobserver or callobserver on a Conference Bridge?

Using JTAPI.

Not in my experience.. you can only interact with devices that can be associated with a user account, and conference bridges are not in that group (ie not a terminal).
