Alerts configuration for a Single/Specific Cisco Phone in Cisco Unified Communication manager

Hi,

I need to configure alerts for a single Cisco phone in cucm. Is there any way to get "Phone Unregistered" alert for a Single phone in RTMT or CUCM.

I tried so many things but didn't work. Please help me
