ANI information with the Attendant Console

Is it normal to see only the phone number with the Attendant Console when the attendant received a call ? I did some test today and when I called the receptionnist, she can see Name and Telephone Number on the phone display but she can see only the Phone number on the Attendant Console.

Did you try with Cisco WebAttendant.

It is the application "Attendant Console" who comes with the Call Manager now.
