Hi All,
I want to set our system up so that we can demonstrate what CME can do to customers. Does anyone use or know of any cool applications that can be integrated with CME (Consoles, Outlook plug-ins, etc)?

I'm in the process of setting up a system for the same reason.
I would also be interested in things like this, so far I would show how users can alter their phone settings via CME website. Along with the initial tutorial that plays when you access voice mail for the first time.
Also check this Outlook plugin to dial from contacts. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_configuration_example09186a008052c98b.shtml

You could try the Berbee services XML pages.
Add the following line to the telephony services section of your config:
CMERouter(config-telephony)#url services http://phone-xml.berbee.com/menu.xml.
For more information, look at http://www.berbee.com/public/berbeesoftware/XMLFree.aspx
Just a small thing but it will give people an idea of what custom xml pages can be written

I'm currently testing a product from:

I however am looking for a comparable alternative to review before I make my decision.

There's another application server that you might want to look at and that's IPFX http://www.ipfx.com . They have a very nice product, either as a stand-alone or add-on for CallManager. It has really nice features and is easy to use. I think the best thing about it is the way it's fully integrated into Outlook - e.g. It looks at your Calendar and can automatically enable your voice mail when your out of the office or in a meeting and can automatically change the message, and advise the caller when you'll be back, depending on what you're doing.
Other features are that you can listen to someone while they're leaving a voice message and retrieve them from VM if you want to talk to them. It also has full Contact Center functionality plus heaps of other stuff
IPFX are Cisco and Microsoft partners. It all looks pretty cool, you should check them out.

Thanks John. I contacted IPFX today and look forward to hearing from them.
