I have a two server setup. One is Unity Voicemail running active directory and the other is the call manager running version 4.0. The call manager is not currently part of the domain. The attendant console works fine except for the fact that there is no directory. The corporate directory works just fine on the phones and from the CM Users page. The autogenerated.txt and corporatedirectory.txt files on the CM server are both empty.
What do I still need to do to get the directory to function properly?

On the CCM global directory, do you have all the fields filled out (telephone number, department, etc)?
These need to be filled out for AC/TCD to generate the text file for the directory AC uses.

Thank you.
Once I filled in the fields and restarted the TCD service the directory was there.
