Hi!

Anyone knows where the AC keeps its files regarding the Groups (Speed Dials) created by the users?

Hi,

Not sure where AC keeps its files, but, have you tried accessing the CCMUser webpages to check on Speed dials: http:///CCMUser.asp

Hi,

AC speed dials are store in the Directory.

For DC directory:

Go to your Call Manager ---> Start --> Programs --> DC Directory ---> Log in

as Directory Manager ---> Go to CCN ---> user_info ---> Search the AC user that has

his speed dials complete ---> should be something like USER_info, then click on the +

you have the Attendant console profile.

Double click ACXmlData and there should be a HEX string in the Recorded

Name field. Copy the whole string.

That string contains the speed dials.

You can just copy that string to other AC users if you want that all of them have the same info.

Thanks for your reply.

I have CM integrated with the Active Directory, so the DC isn't active.

I've anyway restarted DC to check if I saw anything but I only get to CCN, then I don't have eny users.

Any thoughts?
