We have a couple receptionists with Attendant Console who really hate it that it pops the window when a call comes in. I have searched with no luck to find a setting or server parameter to disable this. Anybody know if this can be done?

From attendant console, look at the bar along the bottom...right around the middle there's a small icon, the tool tip on it says pop something or other. Click it to toggle it popping up on incoming calls. Sorry I can't remember what its called specifically, been a while since our receptionist had that issue :)

What version of AC are you on. I just tested a 1.2(1ES7) AC and it does not pop to the front on an incoming call.

It says "click to activate console on new call".
