Attendant Console "Failed to make a new call" error

Have CM 4.1.3. Attendant Console v1.4.1.

Receptionist has a 7960 with 2 sidecars.

Everytime one of her shared lines users makes a call the error message pops up on the attendant console "Failed to make a new call".

Anyone have any ideas???

You have to overcome the problem by using Broadcast Hunt groups in the place of Shared lines.

I called tac and they said its by design? That is annoying for the receptionist.
