I have a sysem where the second call into the AC rings only for a couple of seconds and then goes to voice mail.
I have another client where I can set the ring duration on the DN. Both have the same version on CCM.
I suspect that there is a service parameter that I can change but I havn't found it. Does anyone know what this is?

First you should not be using CF on AC lines! In 4.0 & 4.1 in the line group settings you set RNA Reversion Timeout.

I'm confused. These AC lines are not part of a line group. They are part of a pilot point hunt group. If I don't have CFNA then the phone will ring continuously until timing out and returning a fast busy.
