we have ccm4.1(3)with Unity 4.0.4 this is a new setup.We have Installed extended services on the CCM for AA with 4 ports options.The customer has DID range of numbers 26079000-26079999.We have configured A TP 9017 And pointed to a route point 2000 when we dial 9017 auto attendant is working.But when we dial 26079017 we get a two ring back tone and we get a fast busy tone.we also configured MRGL and have assigned all the transcoding,conference and MTP to the MRGL GROUP.Pls let me know the cause of the problem.
