I'm using CCM 4.1.3 my voice gateway is connected to PSTN ISDN. Autoattendant is working fine on-Net, but not working over PSTN, it always give a busy tone.
Any help?

What do you use for the autoattendant, CRA server, IPCCX, Unity?
How is the call routing done, is the cti route point defined for the AA a valid DID or do you perform any translation?
Deos the GW's calling search space have access to the CTI Route Point partition?

We use CRA server and a valid DID is defined for the cti route point;no translation set and CCS is ok.

You may want to check the digits passed from the telco for the DID call to the auto attendant.
If you are using H323, try the "debug isdn q931" to see the dialed digits.
If MGCP, enable the traces and use the Q931 translator tool in CCM Serviceability page.

It is now working.
Solution was to specify the 2 cmds bellow under my dial-peer.
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
codec g711ulaw.
