I am using CCM 3.2(2c) and AutoAttendant on the same. AutoAttendant is able to transfer the calls to extensions as required.
My question here is, I am not able to transfer calls to an H323 gateway from AA. Whether it is a limitation of AA or the script I am using(aa.aef). Or something else to be configured?

what are you trying to accomplish?

The following is the scenario, which I am trying to achieve.
Call is landing on AutoAttendant from gateway. Getting the options of reaching operator or another extension. Able to dial any extension and talk. Trying to dial another Gateway (ie one route pattern) from the same option. It is giving error message 'Invalid extension'.

Extension has to be registered with CallManager in order to transfer through aa.aef. What is this gateway connected to? I kind of understand what you are trying to do but I don't understand what you are transferring to? Post more info and I am sure we can come up with some sort of a solution.

This gateway is a 2600 router with E&M connectivity. The incoming call is from a remote Gateway from PSTN. Landing on the CCM AutoAttendant CTI route point and the aa.aef is getting executed. From this point I am able to dial any of the registered extensions and conversation is through. My requirement is to dial the above said gateway at this point, same as dialing a registered extension. I am dialing the route pattern pointing to this Gateway followed by the E&M extension. But getting the message as Invalid Extension.
Hope it is clear.
