BAT - Error in retrieving User Device Profile Templates

I go into BAT to add 'User Device Profiles' step 1 to add, edit or modify UDP Template.

In the Left hand window i get an error : Error in retrieving User Device Profile Templates.

If i try to add a new template a window pops up with 'Error No. Path not found'.

Any Help or Ideas.

This is with a fairly new install of CCM 4.1(3)sr3 with sr3a installed on top.

I have another cluster set up the same and it works ok. I can only guess a collegue of mine may have inadvetantly deleted something.

Ps. I compare the 2 setups and browse to where the UDP Template should be and its there.

Could it be that the ccm has lost a path or registry. Any ideas on how to fix?

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling BAT

What was the fix for this? I'm having it too.

CM Version: 4.1(3)sr3a

the only difference is we installed 4.1(3), and upgrade all the way to sr3a the first time.

Uninstall and Re-install did not work.
