BAT Updates on lines

I would like to modify 2 parameters and I am not sure how to do it.

1) Forward Busy -- This is currently blank, but I would like it to be the same as the extension, but in a different partition

2) Alerting Number -- I would like it to be the same as the display (Internal Caller ID). I think this is only used on Q.sig trunks, so I am not sure that I would need it, but I figured if I could easily populate it, then I would.

Any help would be appreciated.

I dont know if there is a better way but I ran a query on SQL so that the Display Caller can be the same as Alerting Name.
