Why is it BAT won't allow me to perform formatting on the phone numbers but Call Manager will?
BAT Insists both for the Excel Template and the BAT insert option that phone numbers be listed as 1234567890.
Call manager will let me format the directory number as 9 (123) 456-7890. It has no problem with storing this format or dialing the number.
Any chance this can be changed as reading the number displayed as a "phone number" is much easier on the eyes than a 10-digit string.
