Call Forward Divert

If I apply a divert to a phone, is it possible to transfer calls back to the phone with the divert on, assuming I am tranfeering from the divert destination.

At the moment, if I try this I get engaged tone, is there a way around this.

Hi Richard,

This feature used to be available on our Legacy PBX but is not supported yet on CCM. What we have done to overcome this is to install a second number (hidden non-DID) on certain phones that calls can be transferred to regardless of the CFWD All status (CFWD All only works for line 1). You could also look into Cisco IP Manager Assistant (IPMA) that will support this type of functionality for a Manager/Admin setup;
