Call Transfer from Unity - CallerID

Hi.

I have a Unity 4.0(4) with CCM 4.1 up and running. I also have the CCM 4.1 connected to a Definity PBX using QSIG with an MGCP gateway. The problem I'm having is that when Unity does a transfer to a phone connected to the Definity PBX it always display the Caller ID from one of the VM ports instead of the original caller ID. Even after the call is connected it doesn't show the original caller id on the Avaya Phone.

Any thoughts?

You may be able to override this behavior with a translation pattern in the CSS of the Unity ports.

Instead of having unity directly dial the pattern for the Definity, create a pattern that routes through to the Definity and overrides the calling party presentation.
