Calling Your Outlook Contacts

what software should we get so we can call our outlook contacts using IP Telephony Call Manager 4.1(3) ?

You will need the TAPI Service Provider (TSP) on your local machines. Please see the following link for configuration steps. This document was written for 3.x, but the same steps apply to 4.x.
