I have Callmanager 3.3.3 and a 6608 module connected to a Nortel Option 81c via a PRI. The disconnect supervision is not working between the Nortel and 6608. When a call is disconnected the channel stays active. We eventually use all of the ports and recieve busy out. Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

Sometimes the call manager seems to think that the second PRI is the primary gw in the route group, for outbound calls.

You shouldn't see disconnect supervisor issues within PRI since it uses Q931 signaling. Which side is setup for the ISDN PRI NNI and who is the PRI UNI?
Also who is providing T1 clock?
Use this ISDN Q931 Translator to look for any unusual Cause codes in your CCM Traces. Perhaps you will find numbering or number IE type mismatch. I have had major issues with the PSTN with that before.

I changed the switch type to DMS-100 and this has resolved the problem. The original switch type was set for 5E8 Custom and the Nortel was 5ESS.
Thanks

i am having the same lock up problem. CCM B channels don't appear as locked up. On the Meridian side, lot of channels are staying active even when there is no real active call. Im using Meridian Opt 81, rel 25. Meridian and CCM are both set to use DMS-100. CCM is configured with 'inhibit RESET at PRI initialization'. Any ideas?

The solution to resolve channel lock-up is for CCM3.3(4) and Nortel 11/81C.
use DMS100
enable MCDN bit
