Callmanager express call forwarding problem

Dear all,

I have a problem on CME that really frustrates me. Say, when someone calls A, if no answer, call forwarded to B, and B also no answer, will forward to CUE. It will make sense if the call is forwarded to A's voice mail, but it is not in CME case! The call will be forwarded to B's voice mail instead.

Is there any workaround to achieve my purpose in CME? Billion thanks!!!

CUE looks at the calling number as the identifier for VM actions, and is B in your case. Have you considered something like a shared line between A and B, or possibly an overlay?
