Can AS5350 support hardware transcoder resource?

Hi,

The customer has centerized call-processing with message system in head office,the voice gateway is AS5350 configured H323.

My question is: is it possible for AS5350 to provide hardware transcoder resource?

Hi,

unfortenetly no ! It can be done with Cisco 28XX if you have CCM 4.X or with NM-HDV with CCM 3.X
