**#** not working after installation of SR-2

Just recently installed service release 2 to bring our CallManager up to Cisco 4.0(2a) SR2. Ever since installing the service release, we cannot reset our phones using **#**. That was pretty handy as we didn't have to unplug the phones if we needed to reset them. Has this feature been removed or just changed to another set of keystrokes?

Push the "settings" button before entering the "**#**" sequence.
