Can i use cube & cme at same device ?

Dear Mates,
                  We have Cisco ISR4331 working as CUBE now, We need to add CME commands to can register fxo/fxs at same device.
We will plan to connect 2 sip connection & 1 E1 connection & Webex connect.

You need to config the CUBE and CME in different tenants
