Can't add additional users, vm v5.4

                   I was able to add an additional admin but cannot get the server to accept any additional users. I can fill out the new user info and hit save but never registers that the request is sent. Is there an issue with adding users that I have over looked?

Hi Micheal,

Can you maybe add a few screenshots to show how exactly this fails?

Have you tried different clients/browsers to perform the operation?

Are you logged in as "superuser" when trying to add the new users?

I assume you are using the DMM embedded authentication mode, correct?
