Hello!
This is my first expirence with CUCM. Im trying to add new Jabber user. I added new Cisco Unified Client Services Framework device and Phone user in CUCM. As for the next, I need to assign this user on CUP. Can see it there in Und User Management, but can't see on Unassigned Users group. What can be wrong?

Hi,
Please check the following:
1. Have you licensed the user for CUPS on CUCM?
System > Licensing > Capabilities Assignment
Enable CUP (Cisco Unified Presence)
Enable CUPC (Cisco Unified Personal Communicator)
2. Make sure that the CSF device you have created is associated with the user and shows up under the list of controlled devices on end user page on CUCM.
3. Make sure the Cisco UP Sync agent service is running on CUPS.
4. Refer to the screenshot below and make sure you have the reachability with the CUCM with all checks passed in green.
