??? CAR/ART Problem with email / Exchange Server

I want to send reports to an email adress. I get allways the error 10011 System Error: Contact Sys Admin.

I config the Mail Server Param as discribe in "CCM Serviceability Guide" without success.

Any experience ?

I work with CCM 3.2(2c)

Haven't seen that one before, but a couple of things to check. First that your parameters are setup correctly in ART for the E-mail server. Your e-mail server also needs to be able to handle SMTP.

Thanks for your reply!

In CAR V.3.2(0.12) - CDR Ananlysis+Reporting program there are only 5 parameter for mail config: Mail Id, Password, Confirm Password, Mail Domain and Mail Server Name. Only Mail Id (name of sender) is marked as required.

The Mail-Administrator told to me that only the sender, recipient and the IP adress of the MailServer is necessary for sending a mail to a SMTP MailServer. With this information no mail achieves the MailServer (I enter a valid Mail Id, IP adress of MailServer and a valid recipient mailadress).

Ping from CCMServer to MailServer works. The CCMServer is a MemberServer.

Any ideas what´s my fault?
