Running CCM 3.1 ...set MWIon & MWIoff numbers and can light the lights on sets ....Also can see Info passed across SMDI link....Repartee vmail has different intergrations for a number of venders...none for CCM...we can not light MWI out of band accross SMDI link...Any & all help will be appreciated....Thanks in Advance

Of course you know Repartee is made by Active Voice ahich is now own by Cisco. At least their product line. If you can not fing the configs or White papers on CCO there is a good chance it is not supported. I know Octel,Audix, are supported. Active voice may still have white papers on Repartee. Please upgade to the unity plat form Repartee has always been my least favorite voice mail product.

This customer does not use exchange . They run groupwise, which is why we couldn't get the Unity in there.

We should be able to figure out why it isn't working fairly easily. Turn on DETAILED level tracing for Cisco Messaging Interface and take a look at the CMI trace files in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\CMI and see what the MWI commands we receive are -- if any.
This will be pretty hard to troubleshoot in the forum so you should open a TAC case.

thanks for your reply , with hyper terminal connected to SMDI link we see 0!a06xxxx for mwi-on and 0!a02xxxx for mwi-off (xxxx = DN ) . we input 0!a06 in mwi-on field in ccm . dont think ccm understands the !a we will try the detailed trace next and let you know.....Thanks ....TAC case opened
