CCM 3.3.4sr2 to CCM 4.1.3 upgrade

Hi

I am having problem with upgrade, I ran upgrade assistance and it confirms that my machine is ready for upgrade. During the installation, it asks me to insert disk1 of disk2 installation, upgrade, and recovery.But, I do have disk1 in cdrom and it fails to recongize it.

Any ideas or suggestions, I seems to cant go before this point.

I have 2 gig ram on server.

2 things to check.

1) Is the disk that you have a DVD or a CD and if DVD do you have a DVD drive on the server

2) Verify that the CD Drive will read other CDs

Are you using the right disks ? CM4.13 disks have "Callmanager 4.13" labelled on the front as well as "Disk1" and "Disk2" clearly labelled.

There is download on CCO ciscocm-ffu.4-1-3.exe. Make sure your OS is at atleast 2000.2.7. You can download this file from CCO. This will be easy upgrade then CDS.
