Hi.
I already have it configured and enable the feature through the service parameters.. but after debugging the CCM I notice that the AAR Feature doesn't add my AAR-Group prefix '9' to the call before doing the analisys for the route-patterns and because of that it was never getting to the gateway. On the AAR-ROute-Pattern I removed the 9 and then it was getting all the way to the gateway and working fine but I need the AAR to add the prefix '9' digit for outside calls because the '9' is not part of the Extension Number Mask on the Directory Numbers (DN)
Any ideas?

Can you be more specific on how your AAR is configure and about the architecture ?

Ok. Here are the specifics..
I'm testing the AAR feature with a central site and with a remote site. The remote site has a C2800 router with FXO POTS Lines and the Central Site has T1/PRI circuits to the telco. I have Locations configured on the CCM for the remote site where I only put a 24Kbps for the bandwidth to just allow one call over the wan and the 2nd call should hit the AAR Algorithm.
All the Extension Number Phone Mask of the phones within the cluster have the complete E.164 number.. I created an AAR Group in order to prefix the 9 that is needed to going to the outside world. I also created a AAR-CCS that has a Route-Pattern with 9[2-9]......... pointing at the remote site local pots line to go to the outside world. On the DNs at the remote site I add the AAR-Group and at the phone level I add the AAR-CSS... also at the central site DN I only add the AAR-Group.
The problem that I'm having is that when I tried the 2nd call from remote to central site the AAR kicks in but it doesn't prefix the '9' to te external phone number mask and because of that it never choose the route-pattern. If I remove the 9 from the route-pattern then I get the call all the way to the router without any problem. So why AAR is not adding the prefix number at all?
Thanks in advanced and sorry for the long post.
