CCM Directory connection failed

I'm monitoring a CCM cluster through the CallManager Serviceability application and have noticed numerous occurrences of the following error…

Directory connection failed .

Monitored precanned object has value of 0.

Has anyone seen this before or know exactly what it means?

You are hitting CSCeh02765.

Ensure the proper IP address is assigned for DNS or use a loopback address for the DNS entry.
