CCM Route Groups issue

Hi guys,

I want to configure a route group that points to 2 already active H323 gateways. These gateways are defined using their loopback IP addresses. I have CM 4.0(2). When i go to Route Plan --> Route/Hunt --> Route Group, and i want to add route group members in order to insert the RG, the system is not able to find the gateway devices, and thus the RG insertion fails.

what am i missing?

Hi

Check you don't have any route patterns set up with the h323 gateway as their target (i.e. where you would select the route list, the gateway is set)... if you have a pattern set like this the gateway won't appear to be added to route groups.
