CCM Subscriber Crashes (3.1.2c)

Twice in 4 days the CCM subsciber has crashed.(locked up) Unable to ping or shutdown, it must be power cycled.Then normal operation is restored. The event log shows that the server shutdown was unexpected the night before. No other errors appear.

Have you tried looking at the console of the server when it is in this state? It almost seems like some kind of a server (hardware) problem. If that is the case, you need to open a TAC case so they can have the server replaced.
