CCM Trace Reader

Hi,

Do anyone know about a good tool that will help in reading the CCM and other traces from the Call Manager other than the Notepad and the Find option.

There is a very good tool for reading H.323 and ISDN messages from the traces:

Look at the downloads section. As far a reading the traces...I own the book and it will explain everything that you need to read them.

The external q.931 decoder utility's functionality is eclipsed by the CCMService web interface if you have CallMangaer 3.3 or above.

There's also the Bulk Trace Analysis Tool, available off the Plugins menu from CCMAdmin. It helps you organizae the text a little better.
