CCME + B-ACD (Basic Automatic Call Distribution and Auto Attendent)

Good afternoon. I am trying to set CME (ver 3.2.1) without QUE to work with B-ACD. I have a 1760 router (ver 12.3.11 XL1) with a VIC-2FXO card and B-ACD software script downloaded from cisco.com:

Everytime when I call the phone line the B-ACD doesn't work.

Please enable "debug voice application script" and "term mon", this will tell you what B-ACD/AA is doing. If you don't see anything, it means the incoming dial-peer is set wrong.
