Could you please inform me how to discard the calls less then 1 seconds in CDR Database.

I am not sure of discarding based on the time duration of the call. You can refer to the CDR search configuration guide, which might help you in resolving your issue.

In the CM Service Parameters, there is a flag for 'CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration' flag - false, the default, means these should not be logged - make sure yours is not set for true.
