Hello ,
I have call manager 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 and when we are using CAR we get erro 30023 which says that the data is available only from sep 14 till oct 5th.
We did try the few things but nothing seems to fix the problem.
Any advice on this is great.

Hi ,
Has Car ever worked for you,try restarting the cdr insert and the art scheduler service ,Also if this does not help ,try to configure a detailed trace for cdr insert service as see whats happenning in that.
