When CFWDALL is selected & calls are forwarded to voice mail, phone shows it is in forward state. After an unknown time period, phone no longer indicates it is forwarded. However, incoming calls roll directly to voice mail. Pressing CFWDALL again cancels the forward feature. Running CCM 3.2(2C)
