Cisco Call Manager version 8.6.2
CUEAC - version 9.0.1
I am unfamiliar with how CUEAC works exactly, but I have an issue with the operator being able to answer calls that she sees ringing in her queue
The physical phone she wants to answer calls on is extension 1559, she logs into the Attendant Console using OPERATOR1
I am not physically at the site, but the operator is telling me she gets the following error message.
1559 cannot send or receive calls.
I logged onto the server and grabbed the following TSP logs and attached them to the question.
To me she's not logging into the system correctly, but who knows.
