Dears:
Our company's cucm version is 11, and recently I found cloudOnboarding show error message: "cloudOnboarding.error.HTTP_UNKNOWNHOST_EXCEPTION", I want to confirm what is the possible reason for this error message? I have restarted XCP Router and tomcat service, but still the same error message is generated

That would seem to fit perfectly with this defect. https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvn20235?rfs=iqvred
Or possibly this https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvr66856?rfs=iqvred

Hi Roger:
Many thanks for your information, it looks like to completely solve the problem, the version needs to be upgraded to version 14? Our company's version is 11.5.1.18900-97

Definitely not, we are on version 12.5 and this works as it should in that version and also worked when we where on 11.5. You need to follow the workaround for how to correct the error seen.

Hi Roger:
OK! I want to confirm whether the version definitely needs to be upgraded, it's because I uncheck the cucm Enable Push Notifications option and press save. After the webpage is reloaded, the option remains checked. I think this part should be another problem.

That sounds like a question you should address with TAC.
