Is https://connectthedots.cisco.com a Cisco site, or are they a third-party?

AFAIK it is a Cisco site for partners.

Roger,
Thank you for the reply. What mixes me up is that Cisco Connect-the-dots has an item S9300LUK9-176 as orderable <https://connectthedots.cisco.com/connectdots/product?objectName=S9300LUK9-176>, but on down that same page is a Product Bulletin link to the "real" Cisco page <End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco IOS XE 17.6.x - Cisco> that shows this thing has been dead and not orderable since April 2023.
A call to the real "Cisco" seemed to imply that Cisco Connect-the-dots isn't affiliated with Cisco.

As I understand this it is referencing IOS version 17.6 as EOL, but that said I donāt work for a Cisco partner for the past few years, so I donāt really have access to this page.

Thatās an old tool as far as I know. The new one is Cisco Commerce. https://apps.cisco.com/Commerce/home
