Hi,
After Installing CRA on the Call Manager and rebooting the Server, when I
try to start the Cisco CRS Administration, I get the following error
message:
Cisco CRS Administration: HTTP 401.1 Unauthorized Login Failed
I checked up the solution form this document:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech
_note09186a0080204424.shtml
And it does not affect my install.
My IUSR_Guest or IWAM_Guest accounts do not have "User must change password
at next logon" checked in the General Properties window.
Any other pointers, which will help solve this problem?
I tried all the options to login as follows:
http://dnsnameofserver/appadmin
Thanks in advance.

You need to use the first time login credentials of:
Administrator/ciscocisco

I do not even get to that screen....

Hi Nasser
If you look in your application or system log you should see an event logged when you try to access the page...
This event will mention an account (IWAM_something or IUSR_something) - this account mentioned will be a member of the local guests group, you need to remove it from this group and the page will work...
Let me know if you don't know how to do this...
Regards
Aaron
