I know the one of the new feature on CUCM 8.6 is video conference / Mcu

I want to know how must be register and confingure  PVDM 3 in  cisco 2911 and CUCM 8.6 that's Handel video conference

I can not find any helpful document.

Start by understand the homogenous vs. heterogeneous conferences and their DSP requirements (choose 15.1(4)M or higher to get the extra video conferencing page).

I have E20 but when I configure PVDM III as conference bridge,E20 can not generate conference

Cisco telepresence phone like that E20,Ex90... require MCU or not?

how can I integrate MCU 4501 to CUCM but not as SIP phone?

and how can create conference between E20,EX90 with 9971?

Do have any Idea?

You will not be able to find the document as it is no longer valid to configure/support Video CFBs using PVDM3s on ISR G2, refer to below document:

It looks like you did not read the document carefully. You cannot configure video CFBs on IOS router anymore, it is not supported. You will need to do it using Cisco TP Video Solution.

I read this guide carefully but i know heterogenous  and homogenous  video transcoding . Buy the way This feature will be disabled with Cisco IOS Software Release 15.5(3)M

Can I configure  video CFB previous version than this IOS 15.5(3)M

Older than this ios should be support video conferensing can you please comfirm me ?

I look at the CSCus97643  it disabled this version  on IOS 15.5(3)M

The seconda question CCIE collab guide contain heterogenous  and homogenous  sample lab solution  how can we explain this ?

Yes, you can configure the video conference bridge on older IOS versions. For example, I have it running on version 15.4.3M5.

The commands to configure a homongenous video conference bridge are very similar to a standard audio only conference bridge.

If you are looking to deploy video conferencing in production, the superior (and supported) method is to use Conductor and TelePresence Server.
