Cisco Meeting application causing pc lag

When using the CMA and in a meeting with alot of participants my pc performance drops considerably

To the point where typing and mouse movements are not responsive immediately

My system resource are barely at 50% !!!!!

anyone else experiences this?

      Core i7-8650U 

      16GB ram

Windows 10

couple notes:

Jabber does not do this!

Im getting an error when opening the app (FYI this error doesnt prevent me from using the app or joining meetings):

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160} and APPID  {9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

i will update as i get more information on this issue.

Hi there

If you are using Cisco Meeting App 1.10.12 please check this. The bad network issue will be released in the upcoming version 1.10.13

Symptom:
Cisco Meeting App PC or Mac version may erroneously show a red banner saying "You are receiving poor quality audio because of bad network conditions".

Conditions:
Cisco Meeting App 1.10.12 PC or Mac version.

Workaround:
This is going to be fixed in the next release version of Cisco Meeting App.
