Hi
I want to connect Cisco MX 300 G2 with External Mixer to cover larger audience , the issue is we get lost of disturbance when connected to Mixer.
My Question is what is the type of cable do we need to use between Cisco MX 300 G2 with External Audio speaker system
Thanks in Advance

There's a standard mini jack for audio output on the MX - that's it, so your cable needs to be that on the codec end and the other end whatever matches the device you are using

In addition to what @PJMack said, you will also need to make sure that your external mixer is set correctly to accept the line level from the MX, and that you don't have it set to a mic input or something else that is a non-line level. That is highly likely the source of your distortion as the mixer is expecting a lower level than it is receiving from the MX. If your mixer will only accept a mic input, then you will need to attenuate the line level output of the MX before feeding it in to the mixer.
