Cannot pinpoint an exact time when the cold restart happens but I have 2 SG350X who are restarting randomly.
There not stacked as we cannot make all the devices behind it redundant.
But the only thing we see in the switch that reboots is the following
2147483557 2022-Sep-29 10:58:37 Informational %PNPAGENT-I-BYEREQ: Bye PnP Request
2147483558 2022-Sep-29 10:58:37 Informational %PNPAGENT-I-RESPSUCCESS: PnP Response Success
2147483559 2022-Sep-29 10:58:37 Informational %PNPAGENT-I-BACKOFFCALLBACKAFTER: Backoff PnP Request with <callbackAfter> has received: 24 Hours 0 Minutes 0 Seconds
2147483560 2022-Sep-29 10:58:36 Informational %PNPAGENT-I-PNPSRVRDETECT: PnP Server devicehelper.cisco.com was detected
2147483561 2022-Sep-29 10:55:43 Informational %INIT-I-Startup: Cold Startup
On the other switch we see the following this is the one that doens't reboot.
2147483528 2022-Sep-29 10:53:56 Warning %STP-W-PORTSTATUS: gi1/0/12: STP status Forwarding
2147483529 2022-Sep-29 10:53:54 Informational %LINK-I-Up: gi1/0/12
2147483530 2022-Sep-29 10:53:00 Warning %LINK-W-Down: gi1/0/12
Firmware that is running on them is 2.5.0.83 (i know its an old firmware) can this be the cause of it haven't found anything that can relate to an outdated firmware that it randomly reboots.
